Ahhh, my favorite time of year, Chocolate Fest!  Wall to wall chocolate for the novice and connoisseur alike.  Demos, discussions, and sampling.  Lots and lots of sampling!  Pro tip: bring water and salty snacks, and make sure to come see me!
