Pates de fruits & summer markets

Attention pate de fruits lovers, these colorful confections are now in stock in the shop!  I'll be making a wide variety of pate de fruits flavors in small batches this summer.  Since I'm selling them at two outdoor markets this summer and inventory will be hard to keep updated, it is best to email me, check my Facebook page, or just come on down to one of the markets and see what is in season.  dolcettachocolate@gmail.com  https://www.facebook.com/DolcettaArtisanSweets

Dolcetta will be at the Bellevue Farmers Market just North of downtown Bellevue Thursday afternoons from 3-7 until mid-October.  I'll also be at the new Terry Avenue Saturday Market in Seattle's south Lake Union, Saturdays June 6th through September 26.  I'll take a break from the Saturday market June 21st and 28th for the Morgan Junction Festival and Urban Craft Uprising, respectively.  I'm looking forward to a busy summer,  and hope to see you at the markets!

hand painted chocolate rabbits

I'm really happy with how my first batches of hand-painted chocolate rabbits have turned out!  It is fun to play with color, something I don't get to do with bars and truffles.  These bunnies are 60% dark chocolate with white chocolate and colored cocoa butter decoration.  Limited production means check back in a few days if stock is low.  Happy Easter!

New! Calendar

I've created a new calendar of chocolate events and holidays.  Check it out to see where I'll be next.  I love going to events, giving people chocolate and making them swoon.  If you know of an event not listed where you think Dolcetta should participate, please contact me at dolcettachocolate@gmail.com

Vacation!

I'm excited to say I'm going on vacation!  That means the online store will be closed from today (May 24) through sometime the week of June 16.   I'll be exploring the art, cuisine, and of course chocolate of Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, and Italy from Milan to Rome.  Keep your eye on my Facebook page for updates from abroad.

Meanwhile, a few of my goodies are available at Cone & Steiner General store in Seattle, while supplies last.

Ciao,

Andrea
