Andrea Terrenzio is the chief chocolatrix and confectionista at Dolcetta Artisan Sweets.  Andrea is a Seattle native who has been pastry chef at local favorites like Restaurant Zoe, Quinn's, Rover's and Campagne.  She has also lived and created deliciousness in San Francisco and the Kingdom of Bhutan.  Andrea's years of pastry experience and love of chocolate drove her to create Dolcetta Artisan Sweets.   She creates delightful confections to spread joy among chocolate and fine food lovers everywhere, and spreads the sweetness further by donating 10% of sales income to Food Lifeline in support of the local community.
